A pre-order allows customers to order and pay for an item before it is available or finished manufacturing. This guarantees the customer you receive the item once it is available on the release date.

Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, merchandise must:

• Be returned within 30 days of receipt
• Be unworn and unwashed
• Have all original tags still attached
• Not be a custom or clearance item (these are final sale)

You may exchange your purchase for a different size or product. We will ship exchanges at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customs, duties and taxes on international orders cannot be refunded
• We do not provide a prepaid shipping label - you are responsible for return shipping costs
• If your order was purchased with store credit, it is not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged
